Recommending "one" book to any System Administrator

I now recommend TPOSANA for two reasons:

It eschews platform specifics, and therefore gets to spend its time on
stuff that few books ever touch, especially things like solid process
and good policy.

The 2nd edition has my name in the acknowledgements ;)
