Plug the string "disk drive data recovery" into google. There are a lot
of firms doing this. The internals of the HDA are fairly well protected,
and it is likely that they will be able to recover information from
waterlogged drives, even when the drive control circuits are toast. It
is not likely to be very cheap, however.
