I'll give you 100:1 odds that it's not _really_ a JPEG exploit:  If it
follows the usual pattern, this is a Microsoft-doesn't-do-MIME-competently 
exploit.  

The Microsoft page, as usual, says nothing at all about the vulnerability's 
mechanism.
