Open-Source CRM/SFA?

Sorry, I should have specified open-source in the body
as well as in the title.. I'm a very small operation, and am
hoping there free some free platforms out there, because there
are better spots to throw my money at right now.. As far
as I've heard, salesforce is very expensive.
