I used to be a real jove (light-weight emacs clone) junkie at UC Berkeley.
Then, on my first day working for Alberto (hi Alberto!), I had to set up a
Solaris box and was shocked, shocked I tell you! to find that jove wasn't
included, but vi was.

So I became a vi junkie.

And then I found vim.

vim kicks ass. It's almost as though someone said "I know, lets make a vi
that's as powerful and programmable as emacs!" and other people said "well,
that doesn't *seem* like a good idea, but lets do it anyway!"

Any editor with a programming language can't be half bad.
