Maybe BayLISA needs a new mailing list

I think modern technology has given us better
forums for threaded conversations than a single
mail list. between slashcode format boards and
zope and this new fangled "net news" thing, we
could probably come up with something better.
(and it's not like the DC area, which claims to
be the heart of the Internet, really innovates
anything :).
