That's VA Linux's former QA system, now the de facto for Redhat, SGI, the Linux
kernel team, etc. Check it out of CVS (instructions are there) and type
'./newburn' and come back in 12 to 24 hours to see if your system is production
quality. Runs on intel-compatible Linux, ppc Linux, perhaps others.
